Contact is always maintained with the originating store to ensure that the right outcome is achieved. Only once a solution CANNOT be found over the phone we send a technician to the onsite inspection. Once the problem has been rectified we then communicate with the store to ensure satisfaction and then relay all the information to Our Customer. All work is pre approved by our customer or appropriate personnel prior to commencement. |
